Our T&C's-

-All cancelations must be done 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel 48hrs before your appointment will incur a non-refundable £20 cancelation fee. This allows us time to try and refill your slot.

-If we arrive to valet your vehicle and it requires a higher level of cleaning to bring it up to our high standards you will be advised on this and we can tailor a package to get your vehicle back to showroom standard(this may incur further charges). We are aware that the exterior can get extremely dirty especially in the winter months this isn't an issue. We do this to ensure we can reach all of our bookings.

-All personal items must be removed from your vehicle and any child seats will need to be removed. We cannot remove your personal belongings or child seats.

-If paying via invoice then payment is required within 7 working days of receiving the invoice. Failure of this will incur late payment costs.
